DSG OUTERWEAR WARRANTY INFORMATION

DSG Outerwear offers a limited warranty covering manufacturer defects on select items. Items damaged by normal or excessive wear and tear, improper use, or storage are not covered under this warranty.  

 

Lifestyle Apparel (hoodies, shirts, socks, base layers, etc):

Lifestyle apparel is not covered under this warranty unless they arrive defective.

 

Outerwear Items (jackets, pants, bibs, monosuits):

Most outerwear items are subject to warranty as a result of manufacturing defects 2 years from the item purchase date or ship date (whichever is later). 

 

Boots and Insulated Gloves:

Boots and insulated gloves are subject to warranty as a result of manufacturing defects 1 year from the item purchase date or ship date (whichever is later). 

 

Heated Gear, Charging Cords and Batteries:

Heated gear and accessories are covered by a 90 day limited warranty for manufacturing defects.  Any damage caused to any heated item by misuse, abuse, improper care, accident, normal wear, and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over an extended period of time and use are not covered by this warranty. 

 

To warranty your item, please send an email with the following information to sales@dsgouterwear.com:

- Name
- Order Number
- If purchased from a retailer, please send a photo of your receipt or credit card statement as proof of purchase
- Include style name, colorway and size
- Description and at least one high quality photo of the defect and where the defect is located on the item.


Patch kits are available on select styles in the event you rip or tear your gear. Please send an email with the following information to sales@dsgouterwear.com to enquire about a patch kit:

- Name
- Shipping Address
- Include style name, colorway and size
- Description (including approximate size of tear) and at least one picture of the tear and where it is located on the item.
