Before asking any questions of DSG, always refer to the contract that you signed or this page FIRST! If this page doesn’t answer your questions please post to your DSG private Facebook page, as one of your fellow riders may know the answer. If you aren't sure what this page is, please reach out to Amy Gregorio. Be sure to watch your Facebook page carefully for new information, discounts and new partners.

  • Why haven’t I received my gear package shipment?

    • If you haven’t received your gear package, please double check you’ve completed and submitted all required information: 1) Signed DSG agreement that includes your photography release form, Confidentiality agreement, and your gear selection 2) Paid your invoice for discounted gear (as appropriate). If you have done all of the above and still have not received your order, please reach out to sales@dsgouterwear.com.
  • Can I exchange items in my gear package?

    • When you receive your package, try everything on IMMEDIATELY. Exchanges MUST be done withing 30 days and all items MUST be exchanged in the same return shipment,
      • If a second exchange for your gear package is requested, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
    • You can exchange any item for a different size, you cannot exchange for a different colorway.
  • I only received part of my order, what do I do?

    • At times DSG may partially ship from separate warehouses. If you have only received a partial order, please login to your DSG Outerwear on-line account and check the status of your order.  If you have any questions after logging in to check the status, please reach out to sales@dsgouterwear.com.
  • Duties and Taxes for Canadian Team Members

    • Our Canadian team members are extremely important and valuable to DSG Outerwear and play a vital role in inspiring women in the outdoors. Due to the high costs with international shipping duties and taxes, DSG Outerwear has made the difficult decision to discontinue paying for the additional duties and taxes on all packages shipped to Canada.
    • DSG Outerwear will NOT be responsible for paying any duties or taxes when shipping from the US to Canada. Any duties and taxes on packages shipped from the US to Canada, including but not limited to: gear packages, samples, personal orders, or orders for friends and family are to be paid by the receiver during delivery. If you feel that you were wrongly charged for the duties and taxes, you are responsible for making the dispute directly with the carrier.
  • How do I receive my discount on DSG products I'd like to purchase?

    • You simply apply your personal discount code during checkout. This code can be found in Roster.

  • Can I use my discount code and/or store credit when ordering items that are on sale?

    • Please reference these diagrams to help you determine when you can use your discount code and/or store credit.
    • You can only use your personal discount code, you cannot use other DSG coupon codes.

  • Can I use my discount towards other non-snow products?

    • YES!!

  • Can I get duplicates of the same product through this program?

    • You may purchase duplicates to be used by yourself only, but they must be of a different colorway.

  • Can I use my personal discount code towards products for people other than myself?

    • No, your discount code is to only be used for yourself. However, you may privately share your personalized DSG "Friends and Family" discount code found in Roster.

  • Can I re-sell products I received through this program?

    • You are expected to use and promote the product during its full life cycle. You are only allowed to re-sell the DSG apparel that you received through the program once that particular product has been discontinued.

  • How do I know if a product has been discontinued?

    • You will know a product has been discontinued when it is listed for sale in the sale section on the DSG website (and not in a limited time sale).
  • I have product feedback or a product idea, how do I let DSG know?

  • I have an issue with one of my DSG items, how do I let DSG know?

      1. A detailed description of the issue
      2. At least one picture showing the issue in detail
      3. A description of the product (i.e. Craze Bib size 2XL)
      4. Your DSG Order# or a copy of your original receipt (as appropriate).
      5. Please also indicate that you are a DSG Team Member.
  • How do I move up to a higher level of sponsorship?

    • Get DSG’s attention by being involved in the snowmobiling community, ride hard and often, keep your social media pages clean and classy, interact with DSG social media pages often, post quality pictures to your OneDrive folder and social media accounts, and don't forget to tag DSG often!  
  • I will be at an upcoming show and would love to help at the DSG booth, who do I contact?

    • Please reach out to Holly at holly@dsgouterwear.com with what dates and hours you will be available to help.
  • I am helping DSG at an upcoming show/event, what should I expect?

    • Come prepared to talk to consumers, try to gauge interest of any potential customers walking by, talk about your favorite products and features, help them choose sizes and try on garments, and tell them what you love about DSG.  Be prepared to potentially put in a little physical activity with set up or tear down.  Be sure to wear a DSG shirt, clean jeans or DSG pants and comfortable/clean footwear.   
  • I would love to write a blog for DSG, how do I submit one?

    • Please write up a detailed blog of tips, a snowmobiling adventure or can be anything you think would be neat to see on our blog.  Be sure to include what DSG product you were using during the adventure, if any.  Send your blog with photos to holly@dsgouterwear.com. We will review your blog and if selected will post to DSG’s blog.  Your blog may also be featured in DSG’s monthly newsletter!  
  • Will DSG donate SWAG/raffle items/silent auction items for an upcoming event?

    • We love that our team members are so involved in non-profit events and organizations. If you have a donation request please submit your request to sales@dsgouterwear.com as soon as possible. We do work under an annual budget for these requests so please know for this reason your request is not guaranteed. Please submit the REQUIRED information to have your donation considered

    • Download the Non-Profit Donation Request Application Form and fill out completely.

    • If our monthly budget has already been met, you may instead use a special 40% discount code to place an order for items for these specific events. Just keep in mind you may not share this code with anyone, including the event organizer!! But you can place the order on your own for the donation. Here is the discount code for your team: snowdonation40

  • I just received a package with a new DSG product in the mail and am not sure why?

    • Congrats, we just shipped you a new product because we trust that you will:  TEST, GIVE FEEDBACK, and PROMOTE the new product on SOCIAL!
  • How am I supposed to tag DSG in my social media posts?

    • Please be sure to tag us @dsgsnow and also hash tag #dsgsnow and #doingsomethinggreat in your photos on Instagram. Please also tag DSG Outerwear-Snow on Facebook.

PARTNER DISCOUNT CODES:

DO NOT, FOR ANY REASON, SHARE THESE DISCOUNT CODES! All codes are monitored with each purchase. If companies feel they are being taken advantage of, they will pull our codes from us. Please don’t ruin it for others by taking advantage. Enter all codes in at checkout.

      • Extreme Realities Design is pleased to offer the DSG Riders this season a 25% Discount off of all custom designed wraps. We ask that you provide us with your make, model, year, and track length of your sled before we get started. After we confirm we do have a template for your machine we will send you a confirmation email that we are prepared to start your design and will be requesting more information to get the design process started.  If we can not provide you a wrap due to not having a template we will try to get you with a company we trust that might be able to help you.
