Ava Softshell Hunting Pant - Realtree Edge ®

These pants are great! Granted I've only worn them once, but I don't expect that I'll be disappointed in time. They seem really sturdy. I am in Canada and with the US mail troubles currently getting mail-order anything is a recipe for frustration. I was SO glad to see that DSG has a Canadian warehouse. I had my order within about a week. That was perfect, as I got to wear them on a waterfowl hunt last weekend. I was pleased to find that they fit true to the size guide when they came in the mail. They were comfortable as I got up and headed out at 4am -- chilly and dark. They were still comfortable as we set up decoys and blinds. They were still comfortable as the sun came up. I was thanking my lucky stars that I had a bit of insulation as I laid in a blind and it started to rain. The afternoon warmed up quite a bit, and though I might not have chosen an insulated pant if I had the choice right then, it wasn't awful. They kept me nice and dry in soggy conditions. Oh, and they washed up well too. I can't wait for another outing that warrants wearing them!
